Jennifer Buckley Miles is excited to join Kappan Financial, LLC, as a Client Services Associate. She began a career in financial services in 2008 at MetLife and worked as a financial advisor for 8 years. Since stepping aside from running her own financial services practice, she obtained her M.B.A. in finance and accounting and started a successful accounting and tax preparation service.

Jennifer is passionate about all aspects of financial preparation and believes her experience will be a great contribution as a paraplanner for Kappan Financial, LLC.

Vinny Dallo has been a financial professional since 2005. He began his career with MetLife, where he learned the aspects of comprehensive financial strategies. In 2010, Vinny transitioned his practice to New York Life. In 2017, Vinny established his own DBA, “Kappan Financial, LLC.”

Vinny brings a unique blend of intelligence and personality to his financial practice. Recognizing the complexity of many financial issues, Vinny speaks plainly and openly to help ensure every client can understand these important concepts.

In the years prior to his career as a financial professional, Vinny worked in a variety of sales and marketing capacities. Vinny left his mark at each endeavor, helping to grow each company’s revenue, strengthen their client relationships and develop other team members.

Vinny graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. He continues his education at the American College of Financial Services, where he earned designations such as LUTCF® (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow), and CLU® (Chartered Life Underwriter). Vinny has been a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)* during the years of 2011, 2017, 2019, and 2020. He has been a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers (NAIFA) since beginning his career in 2005, and he has served as the president of NAIFA Rochester and sat on the board for NAIFA NYS. He continues his NAIFA involvement by routinely visiting with lawmakers and elected officials in both Albany, NY and Washington, DC.

Vinny’s professional passion is public speaking. He has conducted hundreds of presentations, educating people on all areas of personal financial strategies. Vinny’s motto is, “Education is the obligation of the expert.”

Vinny is licensed in Life & Health, he earned the CLTC® (Certification in Long-Term Care) designation and holds his FINRA Series 6, 63 and 7 securities licenses. He lives in Chili with his wife, Julie, and their two teenage sons, Jack and Nicholas.

Jesse is proud to be the Office Manager at Kappan Financial. Jesse brings over 10 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting. She assists in the development and implementation of special projects and marketing within the firm. Jesse takes pride in maintaining and overseeing client relations to ensure their needs are addressed. She enjoys collaborating with other team members and agencies to facilitate requests through completion, handle day to day operations and planning client appreciation events.

Prior to joining Kappan Financial, Jesse attended Monroe Community College and worked as an Office Manager at a local family-owned construction company. Following a sabbatical to care for her two daughters, Jesse was excited at the opportunity to join the Kappan team and become a part of their collective commitment to providing a high level of personalized service for all of their clients.
