Jeanna Lombardi is proud to be a financial professional through Kappan Financial, LLC, a financial services firm focusing on education. She works with a diverse range of clients, including business owners, young families, pre-retirees and individuals already in retirement. She enjoys helping people evaluate the balance of enjoying and spending money now while also taking steps to help ensure their financial future. When she’s working with a client, she takes her time learning about them, their goals, their concerns, and their risk tolerance so that she can make recommendations that are beneficial for the client. She is empathetic to each clients’ needs and is dedicated to making sound recommendations as if each client was a member of her own family.

Prior to becoming an insurance agent and professional in 2013, Jeanna lived in South Florida for 4 years with her immediate family and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with a minor in Finance from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton. Shortly after graduation, she and her family relocated to Rochester. She worked 3 years in an administrative management role before deciding to pursue a career as an insurance agent with New York Life Insurance Company. In the first year of her career, she obtained her Life, Accident and Health license along with her Series 6 and 63 securities licenses so that she could offer both protection strategies as well as investment advice to her clients. She continued her education in finance at the American College of Financial Services where she earned her designation as a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) Jeanna is also a proud member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers (NAIFA).

When she’s not at work, Jeanna enjoys spending time with her family. She and her husband Scott like going out to eat with their friends, as well as entertaining at home. Her two daughters, Aliyah and Alisyn are in competitive dance, at the same dance studio that she use to attend with her sisters.

Vinny Dallo has been a financial professional since 2005. He began his career with MetLife, where he learned the aspects of comprehensive financial strategies. In 2010, Vinny transitioned his practice to New York Life. In 2017, Vinny established his own DBA, “Kappan Financial, LLC.”

Vinny brings a unique blend of intelligence and personality to his financial services practice. Recognizing the complexity of many financial issues, Vinny speaks plainly and openly to help ensure every client can understand these important concepts.

In the years prior to his career as a financial professional, Vinny worked in a variety of sales and marketing capacities. Vinny left his mark at each endeavor, helping to grow each company’s revenue, strengthen their client relationships and develop other team members.

Vinny graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. He continues his education at the American College of Financial Services, where he earned designations as a Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow, a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®). Vinny has been a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)* during the years of 2011, 2017, 2019, and 2020. He has been a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers (NAIFA) since beginning his career in 2005, and he has served as the president of NAIFA Rochester and sat on the board for NAIFA NYS. He continues his NAIFA involvement by routinely visiting with lawmakers and elected officials in both Albany, NY and Washington, DC.

Vinny’s professional passion is public speaking. He has conducted hundreds of presentations, educating people on all areas of personal financial strategies. Vinny’s motto is, “Education is the obligation of the expert.”

Vinny is licensed in Life & Health, he is a Certified Long-Term Care Consultant, and holds his Series 6, 63 and 7 securities licenses. He lives in Chili with his wife, Julie, and their two teenage sons, Jack and Nicholas.

The Personal Side of Vinny

Vinny grew up on Long Island, in a town called Lindenhurst on the south shore. He went upstate to attend college at SUNY Geneseo, where he met Julie, who’s been his wife since 1998. They live in Chili with their two teenage sons, Jack and Nicholas. When he’s not at work, Vinny can be found at the hockey rink watching Jack, the pool watching Nick, or at the baseball field playing hardball in a men’s wood-bat league.

  • I I am a life-long die-hard NY Yankees fan.
  • II Baseball is in my blood. I still play hardball (NOT soft) in a wood-bat men’s league.
  • III Music is life. I have broad tastes, ranging from Beethoven to the Beatles, from the Ramones to Rachmaninoff, and from Sinatra to Springsteen.
  • IV I was the Drum Major of my high school marching band.
  • V I grew up on Long Island, in a town called Lindenhurst on the south shore in Suffolk County. Famous graduates of my high school include Dan Lauria (dad from “The Wonder Years”) and rock-star Pat Benatar.

Office Manager

Jesse is proud to be the Office Manager at Kappan Financial. Jesse brings over 10 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Human Resources, and Accounting. She assists in the development and implementation of special projects and marketing within the firm. Jesse takes pride in maintaining and overseeing client relations to ensure their needs are addressed. She enjoys collaborating with other team members and agencies to facilitate requests through completion, handle day to day operations and planning client appreciation events.

Prior to joining Kappan Financial, Jesse attended Monroe Community College and worked as an Office Manager at a local family-owned construction company. Following a sabbatical to care for her two daughters, Jesse was excited at the opportunity to join the Kappan team and become a part of their collective commitment to providing a high level of personalized service for all of their clients.
